About Known Source Farms

Known Source Farms is an independently operated information site about home growing and small-scale food production. It explains fertilizer, nursery plants, growing mushrooms, and the basics of processing and packing farm produce.

The site is named after its domain. Between 2018 and 2024 that domain hosted the website of a small farm and plant nursery business in Taylor, Texas, with pages on fertilizer, nursery plants, a mushroom farm, growing classes and a blog. This site is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with any company, organisation or person that has previously used this domain name or whose name appears in it. In particular, it is not affiliated with the Known Source Farms business in Texas that previously used this domain or its owners or staff. The old site's content is not reproduced here.
